  • KXL Pipeline Project – TransCanada
The Keystone XL (KXL) Project is a proposed 36-inch-diameter crude oil pipeline, beginning in Hardisty, Alberta, and extending south to Steele City, Nebraska. This pipeline is a critical infrastructure project for the economic strength and energy security of both Canada and the United States.

KXL will be a key component of a much needed refocus on Canada and U.S. infrastructure investment while also producing thousands of well-paying jobs and substantial economic benefit to local communities and the Canadian and United States GDP.

PANACEA is providing a wide array of engineering services for the KXL Project and is working with the regulatory agencies for approval.
